Training Programs

At Bulldog Gym Balgowlah, you will be taught all aspects of Thai boxing and kickboxing. Whatever your reason for wanting to try Muay Thai – it’s all there for you from beginner to fighter level.

“Women don’t want to do kickboxing”. Even though she’s usually right, for once I’m glad I didn’t listen to the missus when she said this over 20 years ago.

At Bulldog Gym Balgowlah kid’s kickboxing classes are on Tuesday at 4.15pm and Saturday at 8.30am. The ideal age to start is from 7 years old and up to 13.

Fathers, time to reconnect with your son! Come in and learn the age-old art of boxing.

What We Offer
With bags, ring, and strength training equipment. We provide daily Thai kickboxing classes for men, women and kids. Our latest additions are Bulldog AM functional circuit training classes and dads and sons boxing classes.
Balance, coordination, agility, body sculpting, self defence, confidence and stress relief are all a by product of training regularly in Thai boxing. Plus no class is ever the same so you won’t get bored! We also have a in house nutrition coach to assist with your diet.
Our teachers are highly experienced and provide a positive environment that makes training fun and enjoyable. All techniques taught are practical and suitable for all levels.
Our mission is to build a community of strong, confident people. Our members range from fighters to mums and the sense of community is often a surprising but very positive aspect of training at Bulldog Gym. We believe Thai Boxing is for everyone!
